1 Application

The cable as a new type aerial cable is used for transmitting electric power overhead, extensively used in rebuilding of urban and forest region electrified wire netting. It improves the safety and reliance of electrified wire netting. 

The conductor temperatures should not exceed 75 degrees for polyethylene(PE) insulated conductors or 90 degrees for cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.

2 Construction

The basic construction is as follows:

Power cores consisting of standard aluminum conductors, insulated with XLPE insulation

+ One sheath lighting aluminum conductor with XLPE insulation(optional)

+ One messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered)

The messenger conductor can be of galvanized steel wire also.

The purpose of messenger wire is:

A) It acts as load bearing wire.

B) It acts as earth or neutral conductor.

Packing Detail:

1) Packing length:100 to 1,000m reeled in carton drum or according to customers' requirement.

2) Outer packing: wooden case, carton box.

3) Other packing requirement according to client's request.
